Please note
We take a 25% deposit to reserve the booking, the balance to be paid one calendar month before the arrival date.
In the event of cancellation up to one month before booking, we will provide a full refund of the deposit less £25.
Bookings made less than a month before your stay will need to be paid in full.
We have a minimum stay of 3 nights with no fixed changeover day.
Check in 4pm. Check out 10am.
